Michael grew up in Southern Maryland spending most of his childhood exploring the shorelines of the Chesapeake Bay. He attended Annapolis Area Christian School from Pre-K through 12th grade. Since his childhood, Michael has had a love for the outdoors. He enjoys camping, traveling, and anything that keeps him in nature. His first employment was with Helly Hansen in Downtown Annapolis. From 2016-2020, Michael climbed the ladder with Helly Hansen, gaining years of experience in customer service and leadership.
His focus shifted towards finances around 2017 which involved analyzing our World Economies, US stocks, Real Estate markets, and personal finances. Everything is interconnected and how does this world we live in go round. This led him to pursue his career in the mortgage industry in which he was welcomed as an Assistant on a high-profile lending team in Maryland, where he spent over two years. He was ready to leap to the next step and joined Bay Capital Mortgage in November 2022. Michael is honored to be under the oversight & leadership of John Shea with Bay Capital. Michael has since received his NMLS license and is efficiently advancing in his career as a loan officer. With Michael’s extensive knowledge within real estate, stocks, and macroeconomics, he brings a unique perspective to the table, combined with John Shea’s 17+ years in the mortgage industry. The overall & ultimate goal is to have every family that works with us to have a clear and transparent understanding for what will be best for them currently or in preparation for their future.
