KRISTOFER WEBB

Kris has worked in the mortgage industry since 2001. As a seasoned mortgage professional, Kris helps his clients understand how to incorporate the loan they choose together into their overall long and short-term financial planning goals. Kris is a firm believer in building liquidity, while structuring the mortgage in such a way to continue to build upon the clients' financial budgetary requirements and long-term financial goals. 

Kris enjoys working with both first-time homebuyers and seasoned home owners as the concept of mortgage planning applies to everyone. 

Kris resides in Hanover, MD where he lives with his wife and four children. Away from the office, Kris is an avid guitar player and enjoys spending time with his family, friends and listening to music.
